Service Resolution Plan

 

If a dispute arises between a Consumer and Provider over the quality, scope, or price of the work, causing either the Consumer to withhold payment or the Provider to withhold services,then click HERE, fill-out the Contact Us form, and submit it to us. 

We will then supply you with our Mediation Agreement for a free Mediation. 

If both parties sign the form, and send it back to us, then we will facilitate the scheduling and handling of a Mediation, which the parties can agree to have the Mediator's decison be binding or not.
