That’s simple: We don’t choose the order, neither do the Providers. YOU, the consumer chooses the order! The Providers appear in the order of their Consumer-Star Rating:

FAIRNESS: When a Consumer rates a Provider, the rating is aggregated with all other ratings of the Provider to form the Provider’s Consumer-Star Rating. It is this Rating which decides the Order.

EQUALITY: Using our own proprietary formula, the Consumer-Star Rating is weighted, so that a single 5-star rating will not give a Provider a priority listing above a competing Provider with a dozen 4-star ratings. After all, multiple “very good” reviews are more meaningful than a single “excellent” review.

RELIABILITY: Any Consumer can rate any Provider, but no Consumer can rate the same Provider more than once per year, and no Consumer can rate more than 3 providers from any Service specialty.

INTEGRITY: So, unlike our competitors, no Provider can buy its way to the top – the Provider has to EARN IT!
